There will be two rounds for students to claim tickets.
Both rounds will feature a one-use Ticket Code. With the one-use code, students will only get one chance per round to claim tickets. After the Ticket Code has been used, students will not be able to re-enter their code to claim tickets until the second round.
Round 1
May 1st at 9 am - Ticketing Opens for Round 1
May 8th at 4 pm - Ticketing Closes for Round 1
Students can claim tickets for the first round starting Monday, May 1st, at 9 am.
Students can claim a maximum of 5 tickets during this round.
Round 2
May 11th at 9 am- Ticketing Opens for Round 2
May 17th at 4 pm - Ticketing Closes for Round 2
Students can claim tickets for the second round starting Thursday, May 11th, at 9 am.
The number of tickets available per student for this round will be determined by the number of tickets remaining after Round 1.
Your Ticket Code will be required to order tickets. Each graduating student's Ticket Code consists of the last three digits of the graduate's Student ID number, followed by the first two letters of the graduate's first name and the first two letters of the graduate's last name.
Once you have successfully entered your Ticket Code and clicked "Go", you will be redirected to the University of Minnesota Ticketing site. At this point, you will be able to proceed through the ticket reservation process.
If you receive an error, please double-check that your ticket code matches the format above before reaching out for assistance. Support from the University of Minnesota box office is available from 9 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday, at 1-800-U-GOPHER or gophersports@umn.edu.
NOTE: You must reserve all tickets at one time. If you complete your reservation and attempt to place a second order during the same round, your Ticket Code will not allow you to access the reservation page. Additionally, please only secure the number of tickets needed for guests attending the Graduation Ceremony.
Once tickets are secured, the individual reserving tickets will receive an email at the address used when making the ticket reservation from which they can access their tickets.
Additionally, tickets may be accessed by visiting gophersports.com/myaccount. To access your tickets, you must log in using the same username and password as was used when making your ticket reservation. From here, tickets can be downloaded to your mobile device and transferred to friends and family. Additional resources on managing your tickets can be found here.
